Custom dictionary permissions errors. This apparently is a common error since I also bought the Home & Business 2016 for another mac and had the same error. I kept the 2011 installed so I could use the Outlook 2011 since this one doesn't include it. News to me that you cannot partially uninstall the office for mac 2011 and leave just the Outlook 2011.
